All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped using the USPS First Class Service unless otherwise specified at checkout. Once orders have shipped a tracking number will be provided. Shipments can sometimes be delayed due to things that are not in my control, such as holidays, Covid-19, weather,etc. We are not responsible for these types of delays. Any applicable fees or taxes will be added at the time of checkout.
When your package has been scanned delivered,I am no longer responsible for receipt. Make sure to make all necessary arrangements to receive your package such as PO Boxes, leaving it on the porch or at the front desk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received it, it is your responsibility to open and inspect your merchandise. You must report damages or defects within 48 hours.
Refused / Undeliverable
If you refuse your package there will be a 15% restocking fee.
If your package is undeliverable and returned to sender, you are responsible for any extra return shipping cost to have the item redelivered. If a refund is requested there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Returns / Exchanges
A return or exchange request must be made within 10 days of receipt. Return / exchange shipping is at the customer’sexpense. These items must be returned in their original state unworn, unwashed and with tags attached in order to receive a refund.
